Dan did a great job
I've used Chimney Concepts for a couple of projects. They first went through to make sure the system was working and cleaned out the chimney when I purchased a house. A few months later, we had them come back to install a new log set and remote for the fire place. They are extremely timely and responsive to…
Also fireplace mantle installation.
We had an amazing experience with Chimney Concepts! They came to inspect our Chimney, and let us know it needed replacement. We could not be more happy with the replacement fireplace. The installation staff was professional, prompt, and did a great job. They kept our home clean, and handled glitches that arose easily.
We cannot say enough good things about The Fire Factory / Chimney Concepts and our experience with them purchasing and installing our new Stuv fireplace insert. Our initial visit to the showroom, talking to Matt, was low-key and informative. He listed to our needs and wants and guided us to the product he felt best…
Had great service all throughout process. Suggestions, quotes and Devon and Dillon did a great job on install. We are enjoying our new fireplace already!
Fireplace installed! From sales to service, this was a very good purchase experience! Thanks!
Dylan and Jared from Chimney Concepts arrived at our address to do the installation for a previously ordered Valor fireplace insert (natural gas-fired, without a blower attachment). The installation took 5-1/2 hours and involved the removal and cleanup of a 31-year-old Marco gas-fired fireplace insert that could not…
We had Devon replace our old gas fireplace with a new model. He did a fantastic job and we love how it looks, he arrived on time and was friendly and answered all our questions. The other guys we worked with just for the inspections and quotes were also very informative, and really knew their stuff - they gave us…

I'm beyond pleased with the wonderful service provided by Chimney Concepts. Devon and Joseph were highly professional, resourceful, and efficient in their punctuality, job performance, explanation, and cleaned up. Give them your full trust and investment. Highly recommend!
This a very easy transaction. They notified me when the product was in and scheduled to have it installed. Devon showed up when he said he would and installed the firefplace and mantel.
Dave addressed an issue with our gas log install. It was a manufacturing defect on one of the artificial logs-no fault of Chimney concepts. He installed the new log and tweaked the set-up which turned out even better than we had hoped. It looks great and Dave is awesome!
This was our second project with Joe and Chimney Concepts. Same result each time - excellent!
Our tech, Devon, was Friendly, courteous and efficient! Overall great service!
Devon was fantastic to work with! Timely and professional installation of my new fireplace insert.
Devon was very personable. He was meticulous as he installed my gas fireplace logs. I highly recommend Chimney Concepts for your chimney and fireplace needs. My son and neighbor also have had very satisfactory experiences with this company. We’ll done.
We bought our house this year, and were so looking forward to winters with a fire place. We wanted to get it cleaned and inspected before using, so we called Chimney Concepts based on many great references from our new neighbors. Jesse came out to clean and inspect our chimney and let us know it was unsafe to use.…
Dave was on time and had all necessary tools at the ready. It was easy to see that Dave took pride in his work from the second he came to our home. Timely and professional service and had our natural gas fireplace back up and running in no time.
We have used multiple services from Chimney Concepts, including maintenance, repair and new installations and all projects have been completed with excellence. Joe is awesome to work with and we will continue to reach out to Chimney Concepts. Highly recommend!
Chimney Concepts (and Fireplace Factory) removed a failing brick chimney and installed a gas fireplace insert at our home. From the sales process through the installation, we couldn't have been happier with the service received. We inquired with several gas insert dealers regarding our project and found the…
Joe was great - very personable and explained everything. He was very careful about being clean and courteous. Love the work he did and the new fireplace front
Dave came out to my home to service a gas fireplace that was not operating properly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the inner workings of fireplaces in general. Not only did he completely remedy the issue but also had the remote operational. The remote had not worked for several years. Fantastic job by Dave and Chimney Concepts!
Best best best customer service. Honest, prompt and professional.
We had Jared install our Hearthstone gas stove. He was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He was respectful of our property using tarps on our hardwood floors. Anything he needed to move for the install was returned to its proper location. Shop vac’d work space prior to leaving. He…
Our consultant did a wonderful job helping us determine what we needed and getting our service scheduled. The Technician was outstanding! He was very professional and thorough! The fireplace looks and works great!!
Brad and Cody were a pleasure to work with. They were approachable, answered questions, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to do the work right. They enjoyed my dogs and were very personable to talk with. You can certainly tell they love what they do and they take pride in doing quality work. I am very happy with my experience.
Cody installed an Electric Fireplace insert for us. He did a great job.
Devon was courteous and knowledgeable for my installation. Dave was very through with his initial assessment and suggestions. Fireplace looks great. Have already recommended your company.
Devon from Chimney concepts did a great job installing our new gas log set. Not only did he explain how to operate it but also explained the details of what he was doing to make the appearance of the log set look as real as it could. We received a text from the Chimney Concepts about a 45 minutes before his arrival…
They installed a wood stove for me and did a great job. Not only were they friendly and professional- they went above and beyond!!!
Chimney Concepts helped us find and install the perfect gas insert after first cleaning creosote and getting our old system up to code. It's beautiful, convenient and warm! We couldn't be happier with the results
I had an amazing experience with Chimney Concepts! From my first phone call to the final installation, the process was seamless. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I trusted them fully with my new gas fireplace install. 10/10 recommend!
Brad and Cody were both professional and friendly. They did such an amazing job with our wood burner install and they were extremely cautious about protecting all of the walls, tile and floors. I am so very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. As a bonus, they both took time throughout the day to show my lab, Stella, some love!
Brad, Cody and Bobby were absolutley fantastic to work with from the very beginning to the end. They answered every question and were so responsive. Always kept me informed. During installation Brad and Cody were so considerate of my pets which I truly appreciated. I really cant possibly say enough great things about them!
