Courteous and professional
Very good company to work with - very responsive, extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Very detailed estimate and responsive to my situation.
I'm very impressed with our installer. He is so pleasant, explains everything so well and keeps us posted on what is going on. He even went the 2nd mile and came to our house to take a bird out of our fireplace that got in there after he installed the cap etc.
great job by these guys
I will have them back to do more work very efficient And clean And let you know what they were all doing. Very professional people.
They always do excellent work for me. Honest and they don't try to keep selling things to you.
We bought a fireplace insert and had it installed. It was quick, under budget and installation went smooth. We really appreciate Jerad and Dylan for explaining how to operate it and they left the place very clean. It was a professional experience. We love it and are cozy and warmer. Thanks guys!!!

Courteous & informative.
Excellent products and customer/on the job service. Pricing easily beats their Milwaukee competitors. Highly recommend.

Because of the busy time of year I was originally slotted in in mid-December but when they had a cancellation, their friendly admin staff called me to see if an…
The service and the care was exceptional. Your employee went above and beyond what anyone would expect
Chimney Concepts helped us find and install the perfect gas insert after first cleaning creosote and getting our old system up to code. It's beautiful, convenient and warm! We couldn't be happier with the results
Dan was very professional and did an excellent job, in an expedient manner! I would highly recommend him and this company!
They had a cancellation so came out the day I called. Installed that day for a great price.
Jesse was quick and on time. He was professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. I plan to use chimney concepts for future fireplace and chimney needs.
Excellent, knowledgeable work. And he arrived early!!
We had them do two chimney inspections when we were in the process of buying the home. We then hired them to rebuild one of the fire places. They were able to start the job early, which was great! The crew were meticilous in their work and left our home clean. I would definitely recommend using Chimney Concepts!
Very pleased with the professional job done on my fireplace/ chimney inspection and repair. The serviceman (Dan) was on time and quickly was able to assess the problem and stabilize the firebox. After the repair everything was cleaned up and ready for use. I highly recommend Chimney Concepts for all chimney and fireplace work.
