It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.

I highly recommend Chimney Concepts and greatly appreciate the extra effort Dave put in to research and ensure we had a safe and reliable fireplace for winter. It wasn't an easy fix to figure out and clean where the vent was clogged with debris.

They cleaned, inspected and installed a new damper after the old one failed. I was shown how to properly adjust the new one. Our servicer was professional, efficient, and wonderful to speak with.
