Very competent and efficient. Reworked an old hard-wired system that had been out of use for 15 years and got it working and totally updated. They added new components as well and updated our garage door openers and tied everything together into one touch screen panel and it looks nice and modern. Very tidy…
Amazing experience dealing with David and Justin who handled the install of my camera and alarm system. Took time to walk the job and communicate any issues or concerns that might come up. Very clean and considerate of how they kept the job site. Excellent work and couldn’t be happier with the install and product.
David was very professional during the entire installation process. He made sure all my questions were asked and answered. He guided me through every aspect of my new system. David is also very friendly and respectful. He is a very good representative for Citywide Alarms.

They added new components as well and updated our garage door openers and tied everything together into one touch screen panel and it looks nice and modern. Very tidy workmanship. It's impressive that they did all that in a few hours, they were very prepared even with the unknown challenge of what the old system had to work with. They are clearly very skilled at what they do. Pricewise was the same or even a bit cheaper than other national providers. Price was all upfront. I don't know why you would choose any other company in this area.

First off, their entire staff is great to work with, very responsive. Then there is this: I had a $13,xxx snow removal invoice for this last 2 storms that was reduced to $4,000 because I was able to definitively determine the vendor was fraudulently invoicing me for services not rendered. Two systems paid for themselves just like that and I got to fire a dishonest vendor! Win/Win!

We had some cameras that were malfunctioning. Citywide Alarms was very accomodating to our schedule and one of the friendliest companies we have ever worked with. Trey came out and was able to complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude. We recommend Citywide Alarms to anyone and everyone.
