Amazing service. We had a raccoon in our backyard and about to have a party. We couldn’t get it out from under our counter. I called cbj at 5 pm and they sent someone by 6:30. They caught the raccoon and took it away and saved the party day. They charged me a fair price and jumped to help us.

Travis came to our home to start our Tri- Season program. He was very thorough, efficient, informative and friendly. We have been happy with all of our interactions with CJB Pest. In the past we used them for mice extermination and wildlife capture/removal. This is a professional and effective company whose services are fairly priced. We highly recommend CJB!

I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them for years, so I was hopeful I would have a similarly positive experience.
I called after having the unfortunate issue of groundhogs on my property. During the initial sales call, I was told someone could come out that same day. They could not provide a specific time, but I was assured someone would be out. Unfortunately, no one came that day, the following day, or the day after that.
When I called to express my frustration, the wildlife manager did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated.
My bigger concern, however, was the communication regarding pricing. During my initial call, approximately $400 was explained to me as the cost of the service. I was not verbally informed that there would be additional charges associated with things such as picking up a live animal.
When I raised this concern, I was told that the additional fees were listed on the paperwork. While that may be true, as a new customer unfamiliar with the company and this type of service, I believe that when a customer specifically asks how much a service will cost, all reasonably anticipated fees should be clearly explained upfront. I shouldn't have to search through paperwork to understand the full potential cost after the fact.
My friends have had great experiences with this company and have used them for years. Unfortunately, based on my own experience with the scheduling and communication around pricing, they were not a good fit for me.
**Update:**
I received an automated call about an outstanding balance for live animal removal and called back to inquire. As I began explaining my concerns and why I did not believe I should be responsible for the charge, the gentleman interrupted me and told me “not to worry about it” in a rude, dismissive tone.
My earlier recommendation was to proceed with caution. After today’s interaction, I would encourage potential customers to spend their money with a company that treats them with basic respect. Customers should be able to ask questions about a bill and explain their concerns without being interrupted or treated as an inconvenience.

I just had a great experience with Shayden from CJB Pest, he came out to my house and was extremely thorough, and he was also very friendly throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure that we had every area taken care of exactly the way that I wanted. (Some guys don't like to have you bother them about little areas that need special attention). Shayden was so friendly and put tons of extra effort in to his work you can tell he takes pride in his work and it shows! I'm always requesting him from now on!
I have been with this company for many years and I could not be more pleased with their service. I am on the tri seasonal plan . Only One indoor treatment in the spring kills any insect that enters into my home the entire year. I do not know what it is like to have spiders nor ants in my house. I just had a yellow jacket nest in my pot and CJP came to treat it right away. I highly recommend this company.

Kenyin was at the house today for one of CJB’s tri seasonal visits. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had some questions about bees I’d seen around the house as well as small holes that were appearing in the mulch, and he was able to provide me with helpful information about what they were and when I should become concerned about them. He was very patient in addressing my questions, and made sure he’d addressed everything before he left. Thank you, Kenyin, and thank you CJB.
