Excellent customer service! Super friendly! Chris Raymond was awesome! Very knowledgeable. Explained everything step by step and answered all of our questions. Reasonable prices and easy to communicate with and make payments. Paperwork was quick and painless. Will definitely be back if ever needed.
The technicians are great but the company is managed like crap. there's some sort of communication disconnect with appointment scheduling, operations and management. Not to go into detail which is a long story. but all I'm going to say is I am very thankful that my one year commitment is over. Even When talking to…
