This is a family run business, so when you call, you are talking to the owner. Randy has amazing customer service and works with you. I have a regular service with them and the technicians are all awesome. I highly recommend this company.

After several days i asked to accelerate plan and within 24 hrs Randy and tech came and sealed all possible entrances to roof and crawl space. Fantastic professional work done there! Now today (next day),after proof of rat still alive in wall and crawlspace,waiting for Salvador or Randy to place traps inside. Couldnot ask for faster responses. Very friendly and professional. I am continuing year contract for service to keep bait stations going outside. Thank you Randy, Salvador, and tech (sorry I am old and cant recall his name).

My experience with integrity has always been outstanding. What ever my family needed they always respond quickly and got the job done. We had an issue with ants but I haven’t seen 1 since they came and serviced our house. Thank you for the professionalism and the amazing service integrity!!

I spoke with the owner, Randy on a Friday evening inquiring about services for an ant infestation in my home. He was so friendly and down to earth and happily helped me with an estimate without pressuring me. After calling other pest control companies, I immediately called Randy back because not only did he offer me a better price, but he didn’t treat me like I was someone he could sell something to. I called after hours the second time and left a message expecting to not get a call back until 4 days later as this was the beginning of a holiday weekend. Randy called me back soon after and set up a service for me the next morning. The next morning, the technician came out on time and listened to me, explained everything very well and did a wonderful job at getting rid of all of the ants in and around the outside of my house. He was also such a kind man, just as Randy is, and had nothing but good things to say about his boss and the company as a whole. I am so appreciative to them both for helping a mom of two boys out in a jam, I can’t even put it into words. I am so happy I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control.
