Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated his enthusiasm and friendliness. The person who scheduled me said that Someone would be here between 10 - 12 in the morning. Kevin arrived around 5 pm so I think you scheduling needs improvement.
Kevin Parish did a very thorough job checking all around my house and property, taking the time to make sure everything was addressed. Thank you for the excellent work.
Ryan it’s such a nice guy. He knows how invested I am in my house and yard and even showed me some ladybug larva - He intuitively knew that I would want it preserved! That’s what I call Service❤️

I obtained pest control services to be sure no rats get into the attic and ruin my air conditioner. As an absentee landlord, I wish Parish would detail that they got up there and paid particular atention to that crawl space.
