Great customer service. Erin in the Burlington office kept me update on everything that wss going on with my car. She was so professional and quick. They are a group of classy people working for Classic Collision group!! Keep up the great work!!
Went for an estimate to see how to move forward and made me feel stupid because I was not sure if I was going through insurance. They refused to write me an estimate. Do not recommend, will never go there again. Found some place down the road to take my business.
Classic Collision took very good care of me by replacing my mirror with a price well below what I expected, very economical. They did an excellent job and the customer service is phenomenal. They are the sweetest people over there, especially Pam. I wish them many blessings with their business. Nytisha

Very experienced personnel and gave me a good insight before work started. Answered my questions throughout and kept me informed about the progress. I still don’t understand why the prices figures mentioned on the paperwork don’t match what insurance shared.
