I needed the shut-off valve replaced for my new dishwasher. I called them, and they responded immediately, arriving within 30 minutes and replacing the valve quickly. I have not yet used Classic Plumbing services, but I was happy with the free estimate and Jason was very knowledgeable and polite. The estimate seemed pricey to me, but I know nothing to compare the service needed to. So, I am not sure I can afford connecting my Gas line to the fireplace for Logs
Will not reccomend for any services. The 2 workers were there for less than an hour. I was charged $768.00. THE clogged trap was cleared toilet reset and a wax ring was used. And as far as cleaning the area behind the toilet why shouldn't they for that price. THe actual physical laborer seemed to love his job…
John and Caden showed up right on time. They fixed my problem with efficiency and were very nice and considerate. Classic Plumbing Solutions is the best! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.
I have been using Classic Plumbing for years - from shower install (20+yrs ago) to kitchen sink repairs and now a new hot water heater (2/6/2026). They are professional, personable and great at what they do. I intend to keep using their services as long as they enjoy me being a customer. :)
John was very customer-oriented, as well as professional and experienced. He answered all of our question about the product/pricing and when we agreed to the deal, he very efficiently removed the old toilet and installed the new Gerber. Clogged bathroom sink(think teenage granddaughter with long hair); I poured boiling water and used a “snake” to no avail. I needed a new seal on the toilet because it was leaking on the floor. My wait time for an appointment was minimal. The plumbers arrived on time and quickly completed the job, thoroughly explaining what was needed. They Cleaned up completely. I’d definitely use them again.
