I enjoy working with Cleaning Glow and recommended them. They've been very flexible and easy to communicate with.
We love Cleaning Glow!
Cleaning Glow is extremely clear in communication, transparent, and trusted. We appreciate their cleaning work as well -- spotless, flexible, and thorough. Can't recommend them enough!
This cleaning service is great, I had a few cleaners come from the company and then picked the best one so now I have the same cleaner come every two weeks. They're always flexible and accommodating of my schedule and travel.
They were able to accommodate my cleaning request last minute, their prices are competitive and there are no hidden charges. The cleaning professional came on time and was very courteous. Really appreciate the service.
Got my place cleaned and it went great.
I have used Cleaning Glow a few times now and each time they've done a great job cleaning. They've been on-time, friendly, thorough and accommodating. I will definitely use them again.
I've now used Cleaning Glow twice for a deep clean before a big party and absolutely love their work. They are very thorough and friendly. I will definitely continue to go through them for my cleaning services and would highly recommend them.
They did a wonderful job in cleaning our apartment. It was cleaned beyond our expectations!
We absolutely loved the team that worked with us! They were so thorough and professional, and cleaned in spots that we hadn’t even thought about. We’ll definitely continue to work with Sarah and Lucy at Cleaning Glow. Thank you!
The cleaning service from cleaning glow is really awesome, high quality, professional and fast.
Excellent work, detailed and quality clean. Responsive team during scheduling. Would recommend!
Very good service
Good service, they show up on time, clean really well. Almost like hotel cleaning.
Excellent job cleaning our apartment when we moved, Profesional and polite!
I recently used Cleaning Glow and was blown away by their professional and efficient service. The team arrived on time, and their attention to detail left my home spotless. They tailored their service to meet my specific cleaning needs, and I was impressed by their ability to tackle tough cleaning tasks. I highly…
We had guests coming into town to visit and our house desperately needed a deep clean before their arrival. Scheduling a time through the website was really easy and we received multiple confirmations and reminders via email, which was helpful. Luciana was prompt, thorough, and did a fantastic job. We’d absolutely recommend her!
I'm woefully late in leaving this review, but perhaps that's because I'm still in shock. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!! I knew my home was in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean, but I didn't realize just HOW much until they came. When I say my home was spotless, I mean it was SPOT. LESS.…
Scheduling the deep clean appointment was quick and easy. The two cleaners were on time and professional. The quality and service met my expectations. I will continue to use Cleaning Glow for all my house cleaning needs.
I have been using cleaning glow since 2018 or 2019. The first time we had a deep cleaning; since then we have had cleanings every two weeks. The house always looks amazing after they have been here. They bring their own supplies and their own vacuum. Communication is excellent (but you must communicate through…
Excellent cleaners - they are punctual, thorough, hard working and affordable. Customer service is fantastic. I've been using their services for around 18 months now, no issues.
I am SO pleased with the deep clean done by Cleaning Glow. After two fails booking local maids to save a buck (who did very mediocre jobs), I went ahead and booked the pros at Cleaning Glow. For just $150 more I finally got the quality of clean I've been looking for. I booked Sunday night for a Monday cleaning (LOVE…
Excellent deep cleaning service above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!
I used this company cleaning glow twice. The first was a one bedroom apartment between tenants. It needed the usual cleaning, but also inside of cabinets and drawers, and all the kitchen appliances inside and out. The two cleaners who came were responsive and thorough and extremely efficient. I was so impressed that…
I loved that I was able to book this service online and have someone show up the next day, but that's about where the positives end, unfortunately. The cleaner showed up a little past the arrival window and informed by dad she was only going to clean for an hour. I'm skeptical that a 3 bedroom/2 bath home of…
Very happy with their booking, email appointment reminders, and timeliness for a recent deep clean after move out. Two cleaners showed up on time and cleaned the apartment thoroughly and carefully. They even happily cleaned a small back porch area without pushing for extra payment (it's a very small apartment to…
We’ve been using Cleaning Glow for a few months and they’ve always been amazing. Our house is left spotless and service is friendly, professional, and reliable. The online booking is super convenient. Highly recommend.
Very great service, always so happy with a spotless home when they’re done!
Honestly it was way too expensive for the job done. Chose them from all the outstanding reviews online but was upset to find myself cleaning more after they left. They didn’t clean the shower doors at all. There were streak marks and residue still left over on the counters. The window blinds were wiped down…
Very satisfied with Cleaning Glow. Needed a quick, thorough job done before move-out/putting house on the market, which they did very well. Would recommend and would use again!
Great cleaning and thorough !
Great results after the deep clean for my apartment. I’d use again!
Great service. Super impressive attention to detail.
It’s certainly nice to have some attention paid to blinds, fridge and baseboards in a way I typically don’t on my own, however, for a deep clean I expected a bit more elbow work. Super sweet and very professional but he didn’t sweep or mop the floors nor did he deep clean the shower tiling. Solid for a touch up but not what I expected for a deep clean
Had a deep cleaning in our apartment. The general area was cleaned well. Some of the finer crevices were not addressed but could be because only 1 cleaner came.
We hired Cleaning Glow to do a deep clean of our place right after moving in. They did a fantastic job! Our cleaner, Raquel M, was a huge part of our positive experience. She paid extra attention to detail around the space. All the surfaces, including windows, are spotless now. Additionally, she was responsive when…
Great service, on time and respectable. I asked for a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms after moving in, she did a great job. I will recommend their services.
They helped us with a move out cleaning. We had been at the apartment for 4 years so there was a LOT to clean up and the apartment looked amazing after they were done. I would recommend.
Would highly recommend and definitely would use again!
My cleaner did a fantastic job. Was so impressed . She was also kind, on time, and worked really hard. She was cleaning my apartment for almost 5 hours and it was spotless after. I used Cleaning Glow for move out, but would happily use them for regular cleanings too
Cleaning Glow is THE BEST agency for home cleaning. They always do a great job with thoughtful touches and are lovely, trustworthy people to boot.
Cleaning Glow is efficient, professional, and very flexible!
I'm a first-time Cleaning Glow customer, but I'll be a repeat customer after today thanks to Liviane! She was just phenomenal - showed up on time, did a thorough deep clean, was communicative and just lovely to work with, and left behind the kind of sparkling, well-ordered house that actually makes you happier the…
Very efficient and thorough job! The cleaners got everything in the deep-clean and were very respectful of the space and all my belongings! Definitely would use again!
The cleaning team at Cleaning Glow was amazing! Amanda and crew were on time, and incredibly thorough!!! I am so grateful for everything they did. The apartment after a lengthy move out process was cleaned top to bottom! I will absolutely call Cleaning Glow for future cleaning jobs and highly recommend them for anything!
I did a move-out clean of a 2-Bedroom apartment in Berkeley. They were on-time, super professional and reverted it back to when I moved in. This was so good, I received my entire deposit back! Highly recommended
Best cleaning service in the Bay Area. I use them every two weeks and they do a great job. Luciana always does a great job at the house. Sarah has been great at accommodating any extra needs and is very easy to work with when scheduling or rescheduling. 3 Bed 3 bath and the house is always spotless. Great service!
Wow! We were very impressed with Cleaning Glow and will definitely use their services in the future! Our apartment has never looked so good. We were glad we chose “deep clean” and were very pleased that they throughly cleaned the fridge, oven and other sometimes-neglected spots.
I found Cleaning Glow online and it was very easy for me to choose the service I wanted and sign up for it. I made a mistake on my initial booking and it was really easy to contact the company who were quick to respond and sorted it all out for me with no problems. The cleaner arrived perfectly on time and did an…
We use their services for cleaning a couple of our Airbnb homes. They have been with us for years now. Great service, reliable staff.
Did a fantastic job. Highly recommend to anyone who’s in need of a good deep clean after spending a lot more time in your house than anticipated in 2020
The cleaner we had for a one-time deep cleaning was so thorough and hard working that we asked her to come bi-weekly! Really great service and the app makes booking super easy. I strongly recommend this service!
They arrived prompt, worked quickly, and were thorough. Friendly and competitively priced.
Gabriel was amazing. He left out place sparkling and was a delight to work with! I would highly recommend.
Very polite, and very good job!!
A waste of money no stars. Cobwebs in corners under appliances not touched, bathroom look like it had not been touched, tub left dirty floors not moped, the only places that were cleaner then they got here was refrigerator and stove, microwave left untouched.
Cleaning glow is a truly professional company. They have done many cleanings for me and I can not speak more highly of them. They arrive on time and are detail oriented. The owners and the cleaning teams are respectful and do and complete cleaning job.
Terrific job. Couldn't be happier. First time professionally cleaned since covid started and the place is like new again.
great job! was very satisfied and would hire again.
Cleaning Glow were on time and went above and beyond in their cleaning. I was a college senior moving out, and I was really stressed about cleaning my whole place and moving out. I booked cleaning glow the day before I had to move out, and they came 10 minutes before the time they gave me, and cleaned the place…
I moved into a disgusting and dirty apartment and recruited Cleaning Glow for my deep clean needs. I submitted a quote online and it was confirmed about 3 days later. Luciana was the pro who did the cleaning of this two bed/ two bath dump. She did an amazing job!!!!! The arrival window was 8-830 am, she called at…
I have used Cleaning Glow several times now for deep or move-out cleans. They have always arrived on-time and professionally (with shoe covers and a high-powered vacuum!). The team has always checked that I am satisfied with the cleaning afterwards. Their online booking and payments is everything I could ever ask for!
Highly recommend cleaning glow. I have been using them regularly for almost 9 months and love their service. Extremely professional, always willing to go the extra mile
I've had Cleaning Glow clean my house for a few times now (first one was a deep clean, followed by monthly standard cleans) and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are easy to book with, super-responsive when you have schedule changes or questions about cleaning products. I've had two different teams come…
Edited 4/5 2021: I wanted to leave an updated review because I have continued to work directly with Alessandra and her team and I could not operate as efficiently without them! Cleaning Glow is absolutely vital to our management of multiple vacation rental properties throughout the Bay Area. Alessandra is a dream to…
The cleaning was professional and booking was easy.
After years of trying many different cleaning services, we have finally found the perfect partner with Cleaning Glow. We were so impressed with how well our house was cleaned, we now have the team come once a week. They are fantastic and our house has never been cleaner. Highly recommend cleaning glow.
I highly recommend working with Cleaning Glow. They provide professional cleaning services to our office space and truly, the office is the cleanest it’s ever been! They really go out of their way to make things not just clean, but looking nice and organized. They are consistently on time, responsive, and flexible…
