Terrible customer service. No communication between the company and the cleaners they hire. Upon arrival nothing had been communicated. Multiple areas were missed. They charged me over $300 for a service that should normally be $200 and when I called the voice my concerns they offered me a $10 discount. Stay away.
I’ve been using cleanzen for a while now and I like their cleaning services. Marcia was great today she did a very thorough job in cleaning my apartment! I will definitely ask for her next time
