Surprisingly the closet is of very low quality. Three months after installation one of the drawers fell apart. I had literally to call ten times to have someone here to fix it. The installer himself stated that the rails Closets by Design used are cheap and low quality. I asked why and he said I should have chosen a…
Wonderful closets, top quality and huge variety of designs, styles and colors! We had 2 custom closets installed by Horacio Jr. who did a spectacular job, made suggestions and did extras. Top notch.
Rosie Resendiz was a pleasure to work with... Professional, diligent and accommodating.
We got good designs drawn up, and the installation went smooth and quick!
Sunny has been great to work with and we are looking forward to more projects with him in June! Thorough, detail oriented and very nice!
Our design consultant was helpful, courteous and prompt. The materials were fairly basic and costs were a bit more than we would expect for the quality, although quality is good. The materials used look very similar to those easily found at any home store and if you are even remotely handy, you could install…
When they finished and left, everything clean
My consultant was not pushy
Good quality and friendly design
Our whole experience with Closets by Design has been horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. First off the designer/sales person took 5 hours of our Saturday to not only get the design and measurements wrong, but to also not explain that it didn’t come with backing. This was not discovered until…
Great choice! We went with Closets by Design because of our consultation with our designer Tracy Worthington. She is very friendly and professional and took the time needed to design our closet systems and garage cabinets. Victor, our installer, is finishing up today with our garage cabinets and did a great job…
I’m a little surprised and very impressed!
The whole experience with Closets by Design has been exceptional. Working with Leanna was great!! She is so good at the Design and working with my client and I. The pricing was very fair for the quality and we were happy we were able to take advantage of the specials going on. Armando our installer was also…
Stay away from this company! The quality of products and the careless installation is beyond appalling. You can get a much better product at Home Depot or ikea . Do not waste your money. The construction method is terrible , The product was installed damaged and the installation was a filthy mess. All doors and…
BEWARE!!! This company is a scam! Don't believe me, check out all the other 1 star rating. They will charge you half down deposit before any work even begins, they wont show up for the scheduled install date until you make several calls to them and when they finally show up they will ask you for the full balance of…
Stay far away from this business!!! We have used this company twice and both times it was a mistake! The first time was about 5 years ago. Installer did a poor, sloppy job and another installer had to come in and fix his mistakes. The second time was less than a month ago. A woman came in to take our measurements…
it was great working with the company we just did 1 project initially and at the end we end-up doing about 8 projects, from master closet to office to closets in each bed room. was really awesome working with them
Leanna Utyuzh is an excellent Designer with a keen eye for details; she arrived on time for the consultation and is very professional. I was so impressed with her design and ideas.
Very professional! Very detailed!
