College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Draper at a glance
Customers frequently praise the moving and hauling services for punctuality, careful handling of furniture, and professional communication during complex residential relocations. The high rating reflects satisfaction with efficient packing, loading, and junk removal processes that often exceeded expectations for speed and courtesy. However, recurring criticisms in low-star reviews highlight issues with appointment windows being changed without notification, crews failing to show up, and difficulties resolving damage claims or billing discrepancies after the service is completed.

I needed help with a last minute move after a different moving company no-showed to the job. Called and had a very nice conversation explaining my needs and the urgency of the moving help needed. The woman I spoke to said everything was handled and explained that I wouldn’t receive a confirmation since it was a same-day situation. She said to expect the movers between 3 and 5 PM. 5PM rolls around and the movers haven’t shown up. I called and Juliet tells me that my move was canceled as it showed in their system as “pending.” I explained the conversation I’d had earlier and asked if they could please get it fixed; was told they didn’t have anyone at such late notice. I ended up having an empty moving truck at the end of the day, pushing off my move another day while I scrambled to find reliable help that would actually show up to the job. Disappointing, very frustrating, and extremely stressful.
