My husband and I are very pleased with having All Smiles Moving move 5 heavy pieces of furniture from our basement to our main floor living room. I spent many hours reading reviews and prices of at least five other movers. I found it frustrating with several companies where you fill out online forms that may not completely apply to your situation and with no way to talk with a real person who could answer questions. The last company I looked up was All Smiles. When I read the reviews, I was impressed that the owner, Mitchell, responded to every review, regardless of content, in a very professional, kind way. Finally, I was able to have a real person-to-person phone conversation for my questions. My first impressions were confirmed when two movers, Brandon and Ben, showed up right on time and were ready to go. What resulted was a fantastic five-star experience, with a review of the contract and charges first that included time for answering any additional questions. Then they went to work and heavy, large pieces of furniture were carried up a staircase that appearance-wise didn’t look possible. They didn’t even have to remove a door or the handrail. I still don’t know how they did it, not even touching the walls with the furniture that required two sharp turns—one at the top and one at the bottom of the stairs. They were through in less than an hour (the other movers required payment for a 2-hour commitment, even if the second hour was only 5 minutes). Brandon and Ben were polite, extremely efficient, and a delight to have in our home, asking us at the end if there was anything else they could do. We appreciate a company that is reliable, giving us great pleasure in the rearrangement of our furniture in a new location, and best of all, at a lower-than expected price.
