I would recommend this establishment, movers were easy to work with and no issues occurred. Workers were in and out less than 20 minutes. The communication was awesome I didn’t had to wonder are they still coming etc. by letting me know by calling and texting from the beginning of request for service until the end of service.
They were very professional and very efficient
I would hire them again for any hauling projects

Brandon and Stephen were FANTASTIC. Pickup was at my office in DC and during a meeting. Brandon and Stephen were quiet and considerate of the meeting and its attendees, plus quick, efficient, seamless and VERY professional. If you’re scheduling with CHHJ, I recommend asking for Brandon and Stephen!

I booked a move with them and they asked me to put down a $100 deposit, which they promised was fully refundable as long as I canceled more than 48 hours in advance. I ended up canceling the service because I felt it was too expensive for what we were getting ($775 for them to move 6 pieces of furniture and 10 boxes). That cancelation happened more than 3 weeks before our move. To date, they’ve refund my deposit or even answer about a timeline to get that money back. They never provided a service and we followed their rules for getting the deposit back. It’s deceptive advertising and a straight scam that they are ignoring my requests to refund this money. I’m never even considering them for a move again.
