My experience was not great. The aides appeared to lack training in essential skills, including safe transfers for elderly clients. We also experienced frequent call-offs, inconsistent staffing, and a lack of communication from the office. I think the agency would benefit from more thorough training and better communication with families.

You have the best care taker I have had over 41 years. She is always on time. Picks up my food orders from stores. Makes sure my home is clean.

We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Scott Skinner's Lafayette Comfort Keepers! We used another company (Harmony Haven) for a while, and the differences were night and day in scheduling ease, professionalism and reliability. We've had reliable caregivers and now that my schedule allows, I'm also a caregiver for her.
I've been a caregiver since 2015 with other companies and I'm getting my best pay here. So from a caregiver perspective, and as a family needing services we couldn't be happier. The company has a heart for it's workers and it's families. Having the ability to stay home with family really has helped my cousin thrive. We can't thank Scott and all enough.
