I used to do a lot of business with Commercial Tire. Good guys But this branch is an exception. They were rude to my wife a couple of years ago- we just let it slide and went to another branch. Today I had a flat tire. I was able to get enough air into it to drive to Commercial Tire-Apple. I got there at 4:06 Saturday Closing was 4:00. But the door was open and I really needed help. I walked in and there were 4 employees just standing at the counter. I tried to explain my situation and ask for help but the guy at the desk wouldn’t even look at me and grunted they were closed and just were waiting for a customer. Ok they were closed for 6 minutes and wouldn’t open again till Monday I understand that. But the Commercial Tire I used to know would have gone the extra mile and helped me out. It’s not like the employees had gone for the day and I really needed help. It’s a little thing to these “service” people and they were technically right - but it was a big thing to me

I totally trust the team at Commercial Tire. I go every 5000 miles for an oil change, but they do so much more! I have had brakes, struts, shocks and alignment done on my car and it is running great at 12 years old!
