The service was excellent. The staff are friendly and very attentive to my dog. My only problem is the cost; however I use Compassionate Groom/Spa as a backup for my dog.
Compassionate is really the right word to describe this place! Our dog is a formerly abused rescue that gets very nervous in grooming situations. They are SO patient with him and know how to reassure him and keep him calm. Emma is especially wonderful with him. After coming here, we’ll never take him anywhere else…

Im not sure if the price is great or not this was the 1st I ever had someone groom my pets... Did a fair grooming of our Bernese, spots left that definitely needed more attention. Very expensive for what they provide. Also not very customer friendly.
I wouldn't take my dog any where else
Jaime is hands down the best groomer ever!!!!!!! She loves my babies as much as I love them!! Staff are all welcoming and sweet!! Cool hairless cat greets you! My dogs always look like a million bucks! Highly recommend!!
