We really like Compassionate Groom and Spa, especially Michelle. She is so kind and gentle with Koda.
They always make sure my dog is comfortable.
Chloe the Chihuahua 🎀 loves Michelle. Friendly staff. Paws 🐾-itively paw 🐾 some
We have a rescue pup that has lots of trauma around nail trims/grooming. I contacted compassionate groom and spa through facebook to ask about their services for anxious pups, they were super responsive and we decided to go for it!! Yogi has now went twice and we saw a huge difference from the first time, to the…
The service was excellent. The staff are friendly and very attentive to my dog. My only problem is the cost; however I use Compassionate Groom/Spa as a backup for my dog.
Compassionate is really the right word to describe this place! Our dog is a formerly abused rescue that gets very nervous in grooming situations. They are SO patient with him and know how to reassure him and keep him calm. Emma is especially wonderful with him. After coming here, we’ll never take him anywhere else…
Loved Emma!
Great staff. Would recommend
The first time my pooch has ever been excited to see the groomer. I don’t know what they do, but it must be something special!
To put such a long story into a short version and try to include how amazing this place is! I have a sanctuary which sometimes includes babies with trauma. Not only did Milk have trauma his whole life, his experiences in the short few months I had him with a previous groomer made it that much worse. We are truly…
Ive taken Buddy there twice for a beauty treatment. He is a golden husky mix and super friendly and the team at Compassionate treats him so well . He likes to go there. So do I. Great Job everyone!
Im not sure if the price is great or not this was the 1st I ever had someone groom my pets... I would recommend this place they are friendly and got me in right away... the dogs didn't seem upset at all which is great they both were rescues and have they're odd ways but they were able to work with them and everyone…
I know when I take my little girl to Compassionate Groomer she's in the best care.
Did a fair grooming of our Bernese, spots left that definitely needed more attention. Very expensive for what they provide. Also not very customer friendly.
I wouldn't take my dog any where else
Jaime is hands down the best groomer ever!!!!!!! She loves my babies as much as I love them!! Staff are all welcoming and sweet!! Cool hairless cat greets you! My dogs always look like a million bucks! Highly recommend!!
Hannah is awesome with our boy Bentley! Always great job.
If I could give more stars, I would! My dog insists on riding shotgun on the motorcycle like he’s in a rock band, which means his hair shows up looking like he stuck his head in a tornado. Every time. But these groomers? Absolute magicians. They take one look at his “I partied too hard” knots and somehow send him…
Our dog can be difficult at times, but Michelle is awesome with him and does a great job every time.
We love Compassionate and we LOVE Jamie! Molly loves Jamie! Highly recommend!!
For our former puppy mill mamma, we needed to find a groomer who would take into consideration her fear of almost everything around her and Compassionate Groom and Spa did that. She always looks so beautiful after have spa appointment.
Michelle and team have been extremely patient and understanding with our pup, who has been difficult at times. I so appreciate the understanding, guidance, and continued service they provide. Can’t recommend enough!
