We had our first appointment today. The staff was patient, kind, professional, and exhibited excellent grooming and behavioral skills. Our dog is a rescue and can be people reactive. This was not the case here. We are thankful to Emma and all the staff and look forward to the next appointment.
Norman loves to go to Compassionate Groom and Spa. He loves the attention and pampering and always comes home smelling fresh!
Compassionate is really the right word to describe this place! Our dog is a formerly abused rescue that gets very nervous in grooming situations. They are SO patient with him and know how to reassure him and keep him calm. Emma is especially wonderful with him. After coming here, we’ll never take him anywhere else…
Juliet and Ryan are so loving with our dog! She had a few scary grooming experiences at other places and the staff here are so kind, patient and understanding. Aza can't wait to get inside every time we come and she's in no rush to leave once she's done. The care we receive is worth every penny!

I can appreciate the professionalism and the personable the staff but the prices are crazy high. I took my small Corgi in for a nail clip only. His nails were uneven and not very short.(he goes regularly so his cuticles are short) It costs $27.50!

For our former puppy mill mamma, we needed to find a groomer who would take into consideration her fear of almost everything around her and Compassionate Groom and Spa did that. She always looks so beautiful after have spa appointment.
