Working with the Coton team is one of the best service experiences you will receive in the construction and design world! They are so talented, knowledgeable and kind, they will treat your project like it’s their own! The detail on design the team at Coton has could not be thought of on your own, without years of experience. Truly an unbelievable team!

I've completed several projects with Coton House and have several more in the works. I really enjoy working with Laurie and Mariana on the design process. They ask a lot of good questions to make me think about the space look, feel, and use now and in the future. I really need their help with selections and materials as there are so many choices and things to think about before making a final decision. I get overwhelmed and can't make a decision. I didn't use them on my remodel and I wish I had.
I have a lot of ideas and function I want in certain spaces but don't know how to achieve it without help on space planning, which they have really helped me with so my rooms look clean, sleek, and organized.
They keep me up to date on progress through regular project communication. I'm never left wondering what is happening or when something should arrive. I really enjoy working with both Laurie and Mariana. I highly recommend them.
