Many reviewers mention long-standing relationships and the facility's clean, comfortable environment. While most feedback is positive, one low-star review reported a dog returning in a distressed state, and another criticized the lack of clear communication regarding cat boarding availability.

Country Critters has been our babies' groomers since they were puppies, going on seven years. Claudia and her staff are great. The quality is, of course, a cut above the rest, excuse the pun. Very surprised to see so many positive reviews. My dog came back traumatized. I can overlook a subpar cut but not my pup shaking and acting skittish the remainder of the day. I’ve had many experiences with groomers. Never had my pup come back to me like this.

Love this place!
We always board our two dogs here if going on a more than one day trip.

Managing five dogs with different personalities isn’t easy, but she handles them with care and they always come back looking great. Most importantly, our dogs are relaxed and happy when we pick them up. We trust Claudia completely and highly recommend her.
