My experience with Covenant has been nothing short of amazing. From the very flexible scheduling to the quality of service when their reps arrive at your door. They are intentional about keeping your house as neat when they leave as when they found it, they always utilize shoe covers to ensure they don’t track…
We have used Covenant Plumbing for a many plumbing issues. Most recently Joe Reid came out and unclogged our kitchen sink for us. He was clean, respectful and efficient in the work he did.
They got someone out to us the same day, and Dayton, the plumber, was knowledgeable, transparent, and extremely helpful! Also, one of the more cheaper options. They quoted me $381. For the same service, Platinum Plumbing quoted me $785.
Covenant plumbing came out very quickly and were very efficient in solving my plumbing problems! They even saw things that I had not seen yet and we were able to get those taken care of. The guys were super nice and I can’t recommend this company enough!
Professional, communicative, and thorough. We had a basement drain/sewer clog caused by roots imm the pipe leading to the street sewer. Ended up at around a $3k job. My only complaint is that as the job progressed, it would of been nice to see some of the smaller charges here and there waved as their profit margins increased with the size of the job.
The service technician was very friendly and professional. He fixed our problem quickly.
The service was given with the highest of professionalism and skill, using the latest in equipment. Their work is guaranteed and they mean it.
Excellent service! The entire experience from my initial call to Covenant plumbing to the actual service done at my house was a great experience. Timely, polite, knowledgeable, efficient. A thumbs-up from me.
From the owners, to office people, to the guys in the field, every time we have used covenant plumbing, they have incredible being on time, completing work as promised and giving options for services. I wouldn’t use any other company for our plumbing needs
Michael did excellent work for us! He unclogged a floor drain from our washing machine that was backing up. He was conscientious and thorough. He offered options for a longer term fix.
I requested an appointment at 6:45am on their website and they responded at 7:11 am with a confirmation of an appointment. The technicians were on time knowledgeable and professional and did a great job.
Jason was great!!

The office staff was very responsive and able to work with me on a conveniently scheduled time. The plumbers were highly knowledgeable and answered…
The entire experience was a joy. Very pleasant and professional and will be using again!
They did a great job zeroing in on the problem with the drain not functioning and have scheduled next steps to bring resolution. Installed the plumbing for a new water back-up system for a new sump pump. The guys were professionals - knew what to do - and worked steadily to get it done. Nice to work with - just what we hoped for.
We have used Covenant Plumbing several times in the last couple of years and have been very pleased with the work they have done each time. They came out the next day to unclog my drain. They were early and it was quick. The drain wasn’t completely unclogged and they came out again free of charge to fix it.
Covenant has been with us through a fairly lengthy bathroom renovation in an odd space, running new lines, installing new fixtures, and taking the time to humor a google-informed homeowner. They just wrapped the final trim-out, and Shane did a fantastic job, handling the various curveballs this old house threw him like the pro he is!
Update (11/2021): We had Shane come out for an issue with our toilet and he was on time, fast, and did a great job. He was nice and honest. We recommend him and the company for sure! The guys were polite and really nice. They didn’t waste time and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend!
They cleared out our kitchen sink, a clog that was far down in the piping and then repiped under our sink so it drained more efficiently. Great service, we are always very happy with their work.
Very knowledgeable in the field. Will definitely call again. Told us the truth about everything that was wrong even informed that our previous plumber was doing many errors and telling lies.
Very professional and knowledgeable, very reasonable pricing.
Awesome experience! I loved that they texted a picture and mini-bio of the plumber technician before he arrived so you knew what to expect. Very professional and great job to make sure things stay fixed! They even sent pictures of everything replaced after the job - great customer experience!
Very friendly and professional. I would call them again if I needed them.
Kole was professional. He fixed the drain on my tub, cleared a separate slow moving drain, and helped me decide how to handle replacement of my kitchen sink & faucet. I’ve already recommended Covenant to a friend.
Great experience. Cameron did a phenomenal job!
Very professional n fair price. They did not try to over sell services, which I appreciate! I’m going to contact them for bathroom upgrades!
I was told that it would be $300.- $400 for an hour of camera and snake/auger to clear the drain, Shane (their tech) had me sign the agreement for $491.00 before he started. After 2+ hours of snaking the drain, Shane had to get home for his kids, total bill $802.00 drain still clogged this was a bad choice of service
Cameron and Logan did an excellent job. I wasn't at home when they did the work because I was working at Walmart. My mom was here with them. It's her house. She said they were friendly, comforting, and respectful. Thanks, guys. It only took them about 3 hours to fix 3 leaks and clogs with new pipes and install…
