We have used Covenant Plumbing for a many plumbing issues. Most recently Joe Reid came out and unclogged our kitchen sink for us. He was clean, respectful and efficient in the work he did.
They got someone out to us the same day, and Dayton, the plumber, was knowledgeable, transparent, and extremely helpful! Also, one of the more cheaper options. They quoted me $381. For the same service, Platinum Plumbing quoted me $785.
Covenant plumbing came out very quickly and were very efficient in solving my plumbing problems! They even saw things that I had not seen yet and we were able to get those taken care of. The guys were super nice and I can’t recommend this company enough!
Professional, communicative, and thorough. We had a basement drain/sewer clog caused by roots imm the pipe leading to the street sewer. Ended up at around a $3k job. My only complaint is that as the job progressed, it would of been nice to see some of the smaller charges here and there waved as their profit margins increased with the size of the job.

They came out the next day to unclog my drain. They were early and it was quick. The drain wasn’t completely unclogged and they came out again free of charge to fix it.
Covenant has been with us through a fairly lengthy bathroom renovation in an odd space, running new lines, installing new fixtures, and taking the time to humor a google-informed homeowner. They just wrapped the final trim-out, and Shane did a fantastic job, handling the various curveballs this old house threw him like the pro he is!
Update (11/2021): We had Shane come out for an issue with our toilet and he was on time, fast, and did a great job. He was nice and honest. We recommend him and the company for sure! The guys were polite and really nice. They didn’t waste time and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend!

I was told that it would be $300.- $400 for an hour of camera and snake/auger to clear the drain, Shane (their tech) had me sign the agreement for $491.00 before he started.
