Covenant Plumbing is a great company. Matt Johnson came to inspect my sump pump, and he was very thorough and patient while explaining to me my options for a replacement. Covenant Plumbing came through for me after hours when Bloomington got hit with the big storms in mid August 2026. I had a back up sump pump that for the 5 yrs I had it, never had to work because I dont lose power where I am. The one time I needed it to work, it did not. I got home and discovered water about 2…
When I lost power my sump pump couldn’t pump, but the rain kept raining. I woke up last Friday morning to find my sump well about to overflow and still no power. I called Covenant, and Drendan arrived within 15 minutes. My sump pump was past its expected life span anyway, so he replaced it with a new one that has…
We had Drendon come out to inspect our sump pump, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, answered all of our questions, and educated us throughout the entire inspection. Rather than simply…
Shane M was great! He came out quickly after hours on a Friday to look at our sump pump, which wound up having to be replaced. He was very nice and knowledgeable and didn’t mind my husband asking questions and kind of following him around to learn and understand what he was doing. We would definitely recommend him…
Darren was awesome at explaining the back up battery system and the installation process.
We needed to get our sump pump replaced. The install was a little complicated because of the water back-up and sump pump cover. Colton reviewed all of the options and costs. Drendon Stickling, is professional and informed us about the membership, which I thought was a great deal. He did a neat install for our sump pump that failed the day before. He took away the old one. I felt confident he did a great job, as he paid attention to the details.
Cameron L. the Plumber Technician did a good job, he was empathetic and kind. Amanda the woman who answered the phone was nice and polite. The company itself, overcharged me for the product, installation, and/or labor cost. I mean by a lot and I can prove it, if needed. I researched the cost of everything and added…

I had covenant replace a failed sump pump. They told me my 2 year old water jet sump backup had also failed. This unit had never turned on. I wasn't in a position to debate it since it was a sump issue and had to be repaired. I later found out (after they left) that my water jet was under warranty. This was never…
I have used Covenant personally and for a business. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is very professional and trustworthy. I wouldn't use anyone else.
They did a great job zeroing in on the problem with the drain not functioning and have scheduled next steps to bring resolution. Installed the plumbing for a new water back-up system for a new sump pump. The guys were professionals - knew what to do - and worked steadily to get it done. Nice to work with - just what we hoped for.
