I called for an appointment and the next day they came. I like that they text when they are on their way and let us know who the technician will be. The technician Colton was knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. I definitely recommend this company.
We had a great experience with Covenant Plumbing. Called to have a toilet repair and sump pump check and was able to get an appointment quickly. Darren arrived promptly, reviewed the work, provided a documented estimate, and scheduled the work promptly. He was a pleasure to work with and immediately left me feeling…
Servicemen were knowledgeable and friendly and work was done in a timely manner.
Plumbers were very friendly and professional. They responded quickly and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend their services.
Just had Drendon Stickling out to fix my toilet. He explained everything and recommended a new toilet. He stayed to install the new toilet today even though it was possibly going to go after his hours. He was very kind and was thoughtful about keeping things clean!
Consummate professionals with amazing customer service. HIGHLY recommend!
Shane from Covenant worked at our home for most of the day last week. He installed a faucet, garbage disposal, and drains for our new sink. He replaced the sump pu.p in our backyard and repaired a shaky toilet. And he looked at some non-functioning outdoor faucets and gave me suggestions on how to trou keshoot…
Covenant has been to our house twice for 2 different reasons. They did great both times. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Drendon came quickly and did an excellent job.
Colton was prompt and did a great job! The online scheduling and texts are great also! Will recommend them to others!
My plumber was efficient and professional.
Called in the morning regarding a leak. I talked with Chuck and he was able to get me an appointment later that morning and early enough so I didn't have to reschedule a meeting. Darren was the one who provided the service and he was great! He explained everything and answered my questions. Both were very professional. Darren was respectful as well.
The service was excellent!! Had to drill in my wall to reach parts. Absolutely no mess after! I will always recommend covenant and continue to use them myself!!
The receptionist when I called was very nice. The plumber helped me understand what the problem was and how he's going to fix it. He was a very nice man.
Very professional and friendly.
On time, knowledgable, efficient, done & gone in 70 minutes. But the charges were excessive. (Unless, of course, the push-pop drain is platinum-plated.) Before any work was done, I was asked to approve the charges - “out the door” for around $350 - and did so, reluctantly. Then, when the work was done, the…
Extremely thankful I called Covenant. They had a technician at my house within two hours to assess situation. They had my plumbing issue fixed within 24 hours. Great communication, the technician we had Matt was very knowledgeable and provided options to remedy my situation. Convenant Plumbing will be my go for any future needs.

Matt was very nice! Showed up on time and was very professional. Thank you!
Excellent and positive experience. Knowledgeable. Cameron knew exactly what to do and referred me to a drywaller. Amanda, who first took my call remembered me from my first experience with them, sent my request out and the job was done the same day. Great company!!!!
Called at 7:00 AM and Drendon Sticking arrived by 8:00 AM. Repaired toilet quickly and efficiently and also found and fixed a problem with our water heater that would have become a major problem, had he not brought it to our attention. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend Covenant Plumbing.
All around amazing experience, work and cost as estimated. Will use again
Great service. Drendon was very professional and informative. Took care of my plumbing issue in one visit. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.
Called near the end of the business day and was very pleased when a real person answers the phone. My first call to another plumber used an AI virtual assistant. I don’t care for that so when Amanda answered at Covenant and was able to listen to my problem and get me a plumber quickly I was very very pleased.…
