The repairman was great and exchanged our hot water heater out without a problem. My only issue with them was they did not give an estimate of cost to replace it. It was leaking and actually an emergency. So we really did not have time to shop around. I shop from now on. I am out over two grand now for a six hundred dollar job.
They made it out in less than 24 hours, had the job done in less than 2. Great service, great experience.
Called in the morning with leaking hot water heater. By 2pm two technicians were assessing our problem. They had our hot water heater in stock. By 4pm we had a new hot water heater. Professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Thank you Covenant Plumbing. Headache avoided. We've used Covenant Plumbing before and would highly recommend them.
Professional, clean and responsive to replacing a malfunctioning hot water tank
All went well
Had them install a hybrid water heater. They messed up the install and asked me to pay another $250 for them to correct it. They installed the water line over the filter. I thought would be a simple fix but they don't know what they are doing so you get what you get and that's the bare minimum.
We are very pleased with the work Covenant did replacing our hot water heater. Darren was knowledgable, polite, and neat. His professionalism brought calm to a stressful situation.
I am very pleased with the results on the tankless heater install! Great service and the install look so clean. We love it
