This course was the best price I could find for an in person class. The instructor was a doctor and very informative and made it very easy to understand. Totally recommend!

The class is held in a very small room where you’re literally sitting elbow-to-elbow with other people. The teacher was rude, spoke very quietly, and it was difficult to understand him because of his accent.
And you can see how many bad reviews there are about this particular teacher so this is clearly not just my subjective opinion.
Honestly, it was a terrible experience. Don’t waste your money and time here!!!!!

Please don’t waste your time with this company. I took a class to renew my BLS card took the exam and passed. The Instructor said the card should be emailed next business day. I never got it. My emails went unanswered, and there was no proactive communication explaining that CPR cards couldn’t be issued or outlining the available options. The representative on the phone was rude after saying I was going to receive a confirmation for my refund she hung up before I was able to ask how. 2 minutes later I received an email. A simple email updating customers would have saved everyone time and frustration

For an MD I’m truly appalled by his behavior.

I've contacted CPR Certification Chicago and they informed me that someone would be reaching back out to me but of course, no one has. That is not ok and I would not recommend this facility.
