Overall, good. He knows what he is talking about. But the advertisement for the course stated 1 to 4 pm and the instructor told us it goes to 5 pm. There is a discrepancy in the advertisement of the course. Which is not helpful for the customer's planning purposes. He went more into some medical definitions and purposes that I thought wasn't necessary.
The instructor informative and challenged us to focus on practical techniques with implementation of BLS. Would recommend the class.
