I am not one to leave bad reviews. However, I feel like it needs to be public knowledge how my accounts were handled. For months my account was not touched and I was charged monthly for accounting services. I was able to gain this information with the Quickbooks audit tools. After it was brought to their attention and they apologized, I trusted it wouldn't happen again. Then it did. Our business taxes were filed incorrectly for the two years they did them. My new accountant has had to amend and re-file. Payroll taxes were not done correctly and were grossly overpaid. I learned about Custom from a BNI meeting. Which is terrifying. The service we received was frustrating to say the least, but the fallout of time and money we have spent to have accounts corrected after separating from them has been even worse. The amount of time it has taken us and a new accountant to correct is unforgivable. Please be cautious moving forward with this business and monitor your accounts closely. If you are not financially savvy with business funds, taxes and laws, steer clear and find someone you trust.

You left our service before we had a chance to correct your books and bring them current. We do our best to keep accounts current and accurate despite needing to correct items that clients enter incorrectly.
