D&R was originally assigned to my home warranty claim when my A/C unit stopped working correctly. Our AC went out in the hottest days we have had while living in Illinois. Richard with D&R worked us in quickly. Shawn came to the house to do the service work and was awesome. Got us back up and cooling and gave lots of free tips and advice to help our AC be even more officiant all at the same time. Great experience.

Richard with D&R helped us out when our home warranty left us without AC for 10 days. Shawn came to the house and did the actual service work. He took the time to make sure he understand all the issues and even more time to explain what needed to be done and why. Trustworthy, kind, sincere and went above and beyond to help. Amazing company.
