Found myself in a wet mess on a Sunday and came across D&R. Had the leak stopped and water back on before Monday morning. Ended up realizing we had a worse leak with pipe blockage and rot. Ran into some complications but Richard handled them quickly, professionally and with care. I highly recommend 👍

I called on a Thursday about our leak issue under our kitchen sink. Received a call back the same evening. I was told that they would try to fit me in by Monday. The next day I received a call that someone would be in the area but it may be later in the afternoon. He called letting me know he could take care of it…

Richard is hands down my go to guy for all of my heating, AC, and plumbing needs. On a scale of 1-10, his customer service is a 15. That combined with his fair pricing eliminates any question of who handles those systems/issues in our household.
