Found myself in a wet mess on a Sunday and came across D&R. Had the leak stopped and water back on before Monday morning. Ended up realizing we had a worse leak with pipe blockage and rot. Richard is hands down my go to guy for all of my heating, AC, and plumbing needs. On a scale of 1-10, his customer service is a 15. That combined with his fair pricing eliminates any question of who handles those systems/issues in our household.
