Richard from D&R came out to look at my hot water heater on a late evening. My hot water heater kept locking up and Richard diagnosed my issue and told me what was needed. So far so good! He also gave me sound advice regarding Home Warranty companies and how to deal with them. 8/10/23 Richard with D&R Plumbing help…

I called to ask a repair question (on a weekend “after hours”). Richard provided me with the answers I needed so I could complete my job. Redbird Plumbing didn’t answer my call nor did they call me back after I left a message. D&R actually answered immediately and were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. D&R will be my plumber going forward
