We just had our yearly AC cleaning and our furnace cleaned. Josh was awesome. Very friendly and punctual. He showed me what he was doing as he did it, so I could me more knowledgeable on the process and components. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him in the future.
The service person was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained well and I understood what work was needed. The office staff are really responsive (they actually answer their phone, no phone tree to get through!) and appointments are always available in a reasonable time.
JP has been here 3 times to correct the problem with the thermostat. He is always courteous and helpful. I hope this is the last time we have to call .

AC Service not worth the cost since technician did not check the refrigerant level or clean condensate drains & inspection evaporator coils as stated on the invoice. Most of what he did do I could have done myself and now I still have to clean the drains and coil myself. Doubt I have D’Angelo’s service my AC in the future!

I just had my annual Furnace & AC maintenance done. Rachel was the tech. She was Wonderful, Fabulous, professional, knowledgeable, personable & took the time to explain what the numbers that calculated from her checking my system meant. I now have a clearer understanding of where the equipment stands.
Never ever had I been treated so rudely before by anyone in the industry! To this day my furnace/ air conditioning still doesn't run properly!! Horrible!
We have used D'Angelo for so much over the years. Today's visit was just more of their awesome customer service as I forgot and slept through the initial appt but they were awesome and the tech came back to complete the maintenance.
