Friday night failure of furnace . On call technician explained everything and had us try various things to try to get it running. He returned on Saturday am, searched for the part and we again had heat by noon on a very cold day. We were kept informed of costs, possible delays and progress. Very pleased with weekend service.

When I called for service, they were able to come to the house the same day. And it wasn’t even an emergency.
While doing my annual furnace cleaning I questioned the tech about a concern I had. Tech found the problem and explained to me what was causing it. It requires a second visit however I am totally satisfied with service rendered today. Thanks Mike for taking the extra steps to address my concern.

Always a pleasant and professional experience with D'Angelos. The technician messaged when he was on his way. He inspected/cleaned the HVAC system and proactively replaced parts that seemed worn and were under warranty. I had not noticed any issue so they were functional, but I very much appreciate the proactive approach.
Never ever had I been treated so rudely before by anyone in the industry! To this day my furnace/ air conditioning still doesn't run properly!! Horrible!
