Sean was very helpful and kind . we have been dealing with bird mites and I had terminx come in to spay and let off bombs nothings changed and still had no clue what the problem was .
Dylan did a wonderful job of exterminating the hornets, explaining to me what he was doing and things to be aware of. So glad this is taken care of.
