Looks can be deceiving. Dr. Daher is competent and genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff are overworked and unreliable. I made an effort to have my allergy shots generated prior to the new year, as my deductible had been met, the request was submitted late/denied and I was never called and then charged almost $500 and told this was my expense. There are also additional charges that are unexplained, in addition to the known bloodwork that was performed. I will be finding alternative care from a clinic that is better at communication, EOB and less deceptive.
I’m very sorry you are upset. I’m very proud of the staff that I work with, they go above and beyond to help patients. When a new patient is seen, the first thing that our staff does is to review the current insurance benefits with the patient and the patient signs that they reviewed it. This discusses what your copay, deductible and coinsurance would be.You’re welcome to have a copy of what you reviewed with the staff and signed the first day you were seen. This is transparent from day one. Your claim was sent on time but the insurance company can take up to a few months to review and pay the claim. The bill you receive what the insurance states is your responsibility. No matter which allergist you see in town you will still be responsible for what the insurance states is your responsibility for the treatment that you requested . We have fantastic allergists in town to choose from. I wish you all the best .

Best service I have received in a long time. The doctor is very knowledgeable. It has been the best thing that ever happened to me. For years I was diagnosed with sinus infections until I got my appointment here. I was finally diagnosed with allergies to many things I never had a clue about. Since starting my treatments here I haven’t been sick at all. So if you are needing an allergist this is the place to go for children and adults. Also last but definitely not least the nurses and office staff is amazing❤️
