Love this mechanic shop! Competitive pricing, honesty & transparency, friendly & trustworthy staff, a welcoming environment, photo documentation of everything, conveniently located, great hours, and you can hang out with the owner's dog if you choose to wait for your service. Sidney and his service team are top notch professionals. The costs of repairs were comparable and fair.
They are excellent with diagnosis to find the issue with your vehicle and they are willing and able to fix the issue if u choose to get it done
This is a great professional team. Highly recommend them. Always satisfied with their work and value. I highly recommend Dale’s
They explained in detail what the problem was with my vehicle and what needed to be repaired.
We have brought our vehicles to Dales since we moved here. They've always been honest and take care of us like we're family friends. Good people, every single one of them. And, in my humble opinion that's what you need in a good mechanic. Quality work, honesty, good conversation, and quick. Love, love, love them. I couldn't recommend more.
Always professional, always great work. Not parts changers - actual mechanics. Won’t go anywhere else.
My experience with Dale's has always been a professional one, but also like family. I trust them with my vehicle. For this particular job they were able to get me in an out so that I did not lose additional days without my vehicle, which most appreciated!
GREAT WORK !!! KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF...!!! A+++
They addressed the problem that I told them about and called to let me know that it was really not a big problem at all. They were very friendly and professional and I feel like they were very honest and did not take advantage of me at all. Would definitely recommend Dale’s.
