Excellent work to repair the damage to my son’s car
Thank you DCC for an exceptional experience. Thanks go out to Razz for clear and consistent communication. Thanks to the front desk team for their professionalism. The repair job was well done. Overall, two thumbs up!
My daughter had her vehicle serviced here and John was great. He kept us informed along the way and we were very pleased with the outcome!
Excellent service John Love is very polite, he helped with my van all the way through the process of getting the van fixed
Great work and John was very nice and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Very Professional. Very clean, inviting lobby and showroom. Service representatives were kind and very informative. They took very good care of us and I highly recommend them and will use them if ever needed again.
They were able to fully repair my damaged bumper and exhaust on my 2017 Audi A4 after it was rear ended. Looks like nothing happened. They dealt with Allstate and were able to get OEM parts after Allstate sent faulty parts. Whole process took 28 days.
Being involved in an accident isn’t fun; Dallas Collision Center made it super easy. From explaining how the process works (and being on my side with insurance) to having a rental car on site to completing timely and great work. They were kind and always available to answer questions. Hope I don’t need these…

I had an excellent experience! The work was completed quickly, and my car looked as if nothing had ever happened. Dallas Collision Center was one of the most accommodating and communicative repair centers I have ever worked with. Melissa McConnell was fantastic to work with. Note I went to the other Audi certified collision center first because it bore the name of the company I bought three cars from. But I was instantly put…
I seem to be a repeat customer 😊however each time I always get top service and customer service. That is what I keep going back
Great communication and outstanding work. It was a pleasure dealing with Raz.
Excellent Shop and personnel. I recently had work done their communication and quality of the work was outstanding. I would absolutely utilize Dallas Collision again.
Melissa was absolutely amazing. After a hit and run, she made sure that my car was quickly taken care of- updating me along the way. I had gone to one other place to make sure the quote was aligned with industry standards and Dallas Collision Center beat the other price (it wasn’t even close). Dallas Collision Center has a customer for life!
The Only place I get my car repaired. The best body shop in DFW
Great service and communication
Melissa McConnell is the best customer service professional I have ever met. She is responsive, helpful, informative, and advocates for the customer.
I was very satisfied with my service from drop-off to pick-up! Razz was awesome to keep me informed on my collision repair status every week. My truck was repaired like-new! And the final detailing was amazing! (Didn’t expect that.) This was my first collision and repair but it couldn’t have went more smoothly… or…
Melissa was great, from start to finish, very professional and I would recommend her to every customer, proud!
Sadly I’ve used several different collision centers over the years. Dallas Collision Center has been the best thus far. There was great communication each step of the way. My vehicle is looking brand new again. Great job! Thank you Raz and the body shop for an excellent experience.
The service was the most outstanding I have ever experienced from a car repair facility especially one that is collision repair company. I received weekly updates without fail and they delivered results on time exactly as promised and the whole repair was fast. Quality of the repair was factory spec perfect.…
Damaged was fixed and they detailed my car so good it looks brand new.

Melissa took great care of me throughout the process with regular updates and communication. She was the point of contact with the other parties insurance provider which made the whole process an easy one. Would highly recommend Melissa and Dallas Collision Center.

Raz has been very professional and helpful. He knew every details of dealing with insurance company. My Q8 has been perfectly repaired. Definitely recommend this collision center to every Audi owner.

It’s a nice and clean place to get your car fixed, customer service it’s really good very friendly people and the service it’s excellent.
Great work and communication by the Dallas Collision Center team.
Working for a dealership many years ago, my job consisted of me calling customers about their body shop experience. I would hear some not so nice stories. Of course those stories made me a little concerned when it was my turn to get a repair done. Thankfully that was not my case. First off, I was treated by Raz and…
Great communication and service! They told me everything up front and were quick to make the needed repairs! Highly recommend!
JD Love was the best! With his communication and friendly demeanor he made this situation great! Great work on my vehicle looks brand new again. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!!
I had extensive damage on my front end from a hit and run drunk driver. This place was recommended to me by Audi Dallas and I’m so glad I went with them. Very happy with my repairs from Dallas Collision! After taking my vehicle to a repair shop out of state where it sat on the lot for over a week with no action, my experience could not have been more different with Melissa at Dallas Collision Center. She provided daily updates and kept me up to date on progress with…
Exceptional service! Melissa is very knowledgeable and made the entire process as easy as you can when your car has been in an accident. Super professional!

JD was great! Quality work, great service!
Dallas Collision Center was excellent. They performed the repair superbly, kept me informed the entire time and essentially detailed my car before returning it.
They got me in real quick. My car looked like new.
Worked with Ras - incredible experience. Very helpful taking over the repair after having to move the car there following some pain points at another shop. Best choice I could’ve made.
Melissa was GREAT!
Would highly recommend Razz and the team at Dallas Collision Center. He made the process hassle free from start to finish on our Audi Q5 repair. Communication and updates throughout the process were much appreciated. We always knew where the vehicle stood with insurance and what stage of the repair process was being completed. Outstanding service and work!
Dallas Collision did a fantastic job on my Audi Q3. They were very helpful in explaining the specific repairs and keeping me up-to-date on progress. Highly recommend!
Do NOT take your car here especially if other party is liable and they have Farmers for their insurance. Dallas Collision does not assess the full scope of damage done to your car!!! "We work for you not the insurance company" is a total lie, after picking my car up I have found out there is still over $3,500 in…
JD and the ladies at the front desk are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm sure DCC isn't the cheapest, but they're the best. Honest, professional, and timely, in addition to great communication / progress reports. My 08 M3 looks like new!
Melissa McConnell great collision specialist she kept me appraised on the repairs of my 2018 Camaro Dallas Collision Center us where I will always bring my vehicle for repair They do a superb job.
They did a wonderful job. Always go above and beyond.
Fantastic body and paint work by Melissa and her team at DCC. I’ve used this shop before for our Audi’s, and they’ve always done top notch work. My car is 9 years old and I just received comments this morning on how great my car looks. Highly recommend!
JD and the office staff were very friendly. JD always answered our calls regarding updates promptly, and the car looked brand new when we picked it up. It looked like it had been completely detailed in and out! Excellent service all around!
I dealt mostly with Raz & Melissa. They were polite and professional. I was able to get updates when I needed them. What I didn’t like, was how long it took to get my vehicle returned to me (over 3 weeks) and how expensive my repairs were. Anyway, they did do their job and they kept me informed, so I am giving them a good rating.
Looks band new! Inside and outside were clean and washed. I got updates on progress often, thank you John Love!
Excellent service and terrific work product. My second time to use this business, and once again they did not disappoint.
I would highly recommend this place!! I received my Honda Accord back after being hit in the dog leg area of my vehicle and it looks as if it never happened. Great company and amazing people that were super friendly!
They do great work and provide clear communication about the process and the schedule.Drop-off and pick-up were both incredibly efficient.
JD was stellar with customer service. Always responded and provided updates. I work in insurance and respect the service I received for the repairs to my Audi! 10/10
Great experience for a bad experience…needed services due to wreck. They took very good care of my vehicle. And just extra, when I picked up my vehicle it was storming, they let me hangout until the storm pushed through so it would be safer to get home. I appreciated that.
I drove my car directly to Dallas Collision Center without appointment. Raz discussed with me in details. They are so friendly and patient. I had some concerns about insurance and repairing for the damage. My car got scratched on the driver’s side front and back door. Raz just mentioned to me that we will take care…

Great job and communication.
The customer service was good. I received text messages with updates about my vehicle
Raz and the team provided excellent service from start to finish. Repaired my car to be like new. Very professional overall and they provided timely updates throughout the process. Highly recommend.
Dallas Collision is THE go-to place to restore your car to perfection. I was without my car for about 3 weeks to get repairs done as a result of my inability to get my car out of the home garage without creating major fender bender damage. Yes, embarrassing. However, when I arrived to pick up my car it looked just…
The staff couldn’t have been more responsive. JD has helped us with repairs to our cars over the years and has ALWAYS been so helpful and courteous. The work the shop has done is impeccable. This place has great customer service! Very efficient and Raz is great! Will definitely use them next time I need work done on my car.
I had a flawless experience with this shop. Rom was my service advisor and he kept me informed of the progress. My Acura was perfectly repaired as on time as promised. This is the 3rd time I have used them and even though it is about 1 hour from my residence, I will continue to use them. An excellent service provider.
They looked at my vehicle and created an estimate close to the end of day on a weekend. I was promptly notified throughout the process from when the parts arrived, to when they first removed exterior panels and fully evaluated damage, to when the work was completed. I don’t know about price comparisons, but I am…
Melissa is GREAT! She has worked with us 3 different times and every time the experience is smooth and easy with great outcome on our vehicles. I would highly recommend Dallas Collision Center and Melissa!
Great body shop. Rob is the best service advisor out there, and Petra is the best receptionist. I smashed my rav4 up pretty bad in the front and it got fixed as good as new. I’m amazed by the quality. I can tell they’re very busy there but they still have great customer service They also didn’t try to add stuff…
Excellent work and customer service. Kept me informed of progress and completed on time.

Dallas Acura dealer reference me to this body shop for a collision repair. Everything is okay, I constantly received updates on status which is good. After the repair, my car had extra 400-500 miles on it. We took the picture s before sending the car for repair. Communicated with the store, and cannot figure it…
Great Customer Service. Melissa is the best
The team did an amazing job with the repair. It looks great. Communication with the team was great as well. I'd say the only thing is that my car was in the shop for 6.5 weeks. I understand that was due to dealing with insurance and global supply chain issues we've seen since you had to order new doors. I'll change…
I recently got my car back from Dallas Collision Center for the 2nd time in about 6 months. I suppose I can say they do a better job of taking care of my car than I do ;) At one point I needed to pay five thousand dollars because claims were backed up (and I wanted to speed up the process) and they simply went ahead…
Dallas Collision did a great job on my car
Melissa was great to work with, she was easy to get in contact with and her repair timeframe was spot on.
They performed great work and kept me informed the whole time. Very happy with their service
I had very high expectations for this body shop based on the good reviews and their certifications. Unfortunately, their work was mediocre especially when taking into account the time it took and the cost. Pros: - They are very professional. - They are very responsive, although not very proactive in providing…
I hate leaving reviews, but Dallas Collision Center was too good to me not to leave one. It started and ended with Melissa. She was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. My car was hit and run overnight and I needed to get an estimate and repairs completed ASAP. I was having trouble finding a collision center…

Rob was absolutely wonderful. When I initially called he told me that if I decided to go elsewhere, I could still call him for guidance. That, WON me over. I went with them and I have zero regrets. Professional and perfection.
Such an amazing experience! Ask for Melissa!
I was very pleased with the service.
I wanted to like this collision center. Audi Dallas even recommended them to me, so I knew they were doing something right. However, I gave three stars because the shop was not punctual with the repair of my car. They had my car in the shop for over a month, and the quality of repairs were poor. Someone ordered the…
Great people to work with. JD helped me every step of the way and made sure my husband and I were updated with everything going on with our vehicle. If it wasn’t for JD and the crew my baby wouldn’t be looking, smelling brand new like if I just took it out the lot. Thank you so much.
Great Service on our Audi. Melissa did a excellent job negotiating with the insurance company. She kept us informed of the status throughout the process. Thank you Melissa and Dallas Collision Center.
Great customer service. I received updates from the advisor twice a week. I recommend this place.
I worked with Melissa McConnell who was very professional and accommodating from the start. She gave me a fair assessment of what would need to be done prior to leaving my car a few days later.
