Very Professional. Very clean, inviting lobby and showroom. Service representatives were kind and very informative. They took very good care of us and I highly recommend them and will use them if ever needed again.
They were able to fully repair my damaged bumper and exhaust on my 2017 Audi A4 after it was rear ended. Looks like nothing happened. They dealt with Allstate and were able to get OEM parts after Allstate sent faulty parts. Whole process took 28 days.
Being involved in an accident isn’t fun; Dallas Collision Center made it super easy. From explaining how the process works (and being on my side with insurance) to having a rental car on site to completing timely and great work. I dealt mostly with Raz & Melissa. They were polite and professional. I was able to get updates when I needed them. What I didn’t like, was how long it took to get my vehicle returned to me (over 3 weeks) and how expensive my repairs were. Anyway, they did do their job and they kept me informed, so I am giving them a good rating.
