They were able to fully repair my damaged bumper and exhaust on my 2017 Audi A4 after it was rear ended. Looks like nothing happened. They dealt with Allstate and were able to get OEM parts after Allstate sent faulty parts. Whole process took 28 days.

I dealt mostly with Raz & Melissa. They were polite and professional. I was able to get updates when I needed them. What I didn’t like, was how long it took to get my vehicle returned to me (over 3 weeks) and how expensive my repairs were.
