I have used Dan, Dan the Carpet Man for many years and they consistently deliver great service. Carpets look great and the technician, Carlos, is always knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and courteous.
Carlos arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He placed protectors on all corners and was careful working around furniture. He used fans to help dry the carpets as they moved from room to room. Dan Dan's company always does an outstanding job. I have used them for years.

My carpet looks like when we first moved in! Jimmy did a fantastic job. He was efficient but thorough. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was of being quiet while the baby was asleep and then super flexible changing course when the baby woke up! Excellent customer service and beautiful results.

Jim and Ron were excellent technicians. We are very happy with their operation and respect for our home. They used wall corner guards and other techniques to ensure walls were not damaged by hoses. I manage the Phenix Salon Suites in Winter Park and we are very busy and Dan, Dan works with our schedule and does an excellent job each and every time. Occasionally, there will be stains from hair dye on the carpet and they are always able to get them out. I really appreciate the excellent job they do.
