We have a rental in The Villsges, Fla., built 2004. Ceramic tile in kitchen, halls and baths and recent 3 year old commercial berber carpeting in 3 BR and LR . The tile grout has never been formally cleaned in the 14 years we’ve owned it and prior carpet cleaning companies noted it is nearly impossible to get grout…
Carlos arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He placed protectors on all corners and was careful working around furniture. He used fans to help dry the carpets as they moved from room to room. Dan Dan's company always does an outstanding job. I have used them for years.
Very professional, from the time I called Fred for a quote (which was emailed immediately, with full detail) to the carpet cleaning itself (thank you, Carlos). The care shown in our house was impressive, including corner protectors and a doorway covering that allowed Carlos to get the hose in without letting…
The best in Central Florida!
Dan Dan the Carpet Man has been the ONLY outfit that has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery for over 20 years. They are professional, courteous, on-time and a great value.

Great job, on time, and easy to work with!
My carpet looks like when we first moved in! Jimmy did a fantastic job. He was efficient but thorough. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was of being quiet while the baby was asleep and then super flexible changing course when the baby woke up! Excellent customer service and beautiful results.

They brought a nearly 10 year old carpet back which I thought was surely was going to need replacing. High traffic stairs and bedroom look brand new. Staff were professional, emphasized the importance of time-sensitive materials to use for results, and showed up on time.
My technician, John, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed explanation of the various types of carpet that I had and how he would perform the cleaning service. The only issue I had was that the carpets took 7-8 to dry properly but looked great.
Our service went very smoothly and we got to have a clean and fresh carpet for our move out process in our rental. Customer service was always helpful and when the service guy arrived, he got right into work!! Very nice and gave us a quote right away!

The carpet I had cleaned is in a commercial building. We had 2 issues that other carpet cleaning companies hadn't been able to remove (or even lighten).
