They always do a terrific job and are on time. My carpet and area rug always looks like new. It makes the house feel and smell so fresh.
They brought a nearly 10 year old carpet back which I thought was surely was going to need replacing. High traffic stairs and bedroom look brand new. Staff were professional, emphasized the importance of time-sensitive materials to use for results, and showed up on time.
Great service quick and easy

Ron came out to clean our carpet for us, he was professional, efficient, and kind. We have white cream colored carpets, and had an incontinence issue with our older cat in one room. The enzymes took out the smell, and the carpet cleaning made our carpets look brand new. Very happy with the service and would use them again!
Eric, the company's lead technician was very knowledgeable about the special treatment the carpet required because of years of occasional "slips" by our family dog. Eric then did a most professional and thorough job of cleaning the carpet.
Dan Dan is definitely The Carpet Man and so much more! I've used other big name companies in the Central Florida area for homes and apartments I've rented in the past, and this was BY FAR the best experience and service I've ever had! All the cleaning was done with expert care. The technician was Eric Grant who I will for future use call Dr Carpet. This man knows more about types of carpets, what and whatnot to use, every product good and bad to use. He did a great job. Oh yes, also enjoyed jokes his 10 yr old son told him.
Everything about dealing with this company was great. From scheduling the appointment to completing the work.
