Dan was not intimidated by my add-on Porch, which has a 6 foot Sliding glass door, two large glass exit doors and five sets of dual pain sliding windows. He picked them up out of their tracks, brought them outside, washed them, cleaned both sides of the screens and put the windows back. Then he did all the outside…

10/1/2026 I have reached out to Dan 2 times and have not received a response.
This is an updated Post. I guess Dan is no longer involved in the business. I just had a window cleaning and was hugely disappointed in the quality of work. I was told the issues I wanted addressed were outside of the scope of work. I don't agree that it should be and wish that was communicated before hand. I just know the quality I had come to rely on from Dan. They did give me $20 off. Also to add I paid for interior and exterior cleaning with screens and tracks. Now I have to remove all the screens again to clean the part of the inside window that is only accessible with the screens off.
Dan is the MAN!! Such a pleasure to work with a friendly person! His work is spotless (as is the point lol). There was even a scheduling issue on my end (I wrote the wrong day) and he was patient and waited for me to make my way there in a hurry from work.
Christine, thank you for your honest feedback and for your kind words about me. I am still involved with Dan Downey Window Cleaning. As the company has grown, I’ve needed to hire additional window cleaners, but I still expect every customer to receive the same quality and clear communication they have come to rely on.
I’m sorry this cleaning did not meet those expectations, especially after you paid for interior and exterior windows, screens, and tracks. I will personally review what happened with the team and make sure the scope of work is explained clearly before future appointments. Please contact me directly so I can address the unfinished areas and work toward making this right for you.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and his team. I was left stranded buy another service provider and he replied immediately to my texts. He was upfront with costs and services that would be rendered. Further he committed to being there literally on the next working day, as I was contacting him on a Sunday. Further still, not only did he get there well before he was scheduled, he actually finished before he was even meant to start. Absolutely outstanding.
I so highly recommend his services that I've already got myself booked in for next year.

New 2026 review:
Dan and his team came through for us again! We were out of town for the weekend but realized that it was time to get our roof and gutters cleaned again, so we reached out (on Super Bowl Sunday evening no less!) figuring we'd hear back sometime the following day. Dan got back to us *that same night* and let us know that they had an appointment available *the next day*! They completed the job before we got back, so Dan followed up after they were finished and provided plenty of pictures of the work they had done. As usual, they did a terrific job! Thanks again, Dan!
Original 2025 review:
Dan and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. He was extremely responsive when we reached out for a quote - he came by himself, tool a look at our roof/gutters, walked us through our options and his recommendations (which actually saved us money). His prices were very reasonable, the service was scheduled promptly and done quickly, and he and the crew were professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be using his services again!
I called Dan Downey for dryer vent cleaning, and he was able to come out the same day. He finished the job quickly and did a great job. I’d definitely call him again if I ever need this service in the future.
