Customers frequently praise the store for punctual, detailed installation services and competitive pricing, noting that staff communicate effectively throughout the process. Recurring themes include helpful product selection and efficient scheduling for carpet and luxury vinyl plank projects. However, low-star reviews highlight a pattern of delayed communication regarding estimates and unresolved billing disputes involving remnant materials or missing transition pieces.

I am super happy with the job completed by Dan the Carpet Man. Bill was very helpful in picking out a floor that we loved and scheduling me quickly. The crew who installed it did a fantastic job with the install. Everything looks phenomenal. There was a little misunderstanding about the baseboards being caulked on top upon completion, but Chris came out and finished that for us with no hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I had two of the friendliest installers a girl could ask for. I wish I remembered their names. Greg at the store has great options and ideas when sticking to a budget. He has great communication, and when he says you’ll hear back, you most definitely will. The whole process took about 2 weeks from the idea of new carpet to install. This is the second time I have went through them for carpet and neither time was I disappointed. The first time I used them for a different house, we did whole house carpet and hardwood in the kitchen. Still beautiful almost 8 years later and the quality is outstanding even with staying in a budget. 10/10 fully recommend Dan the Carpet Man and I’ll be using them again in the future! THANKS GUYS!
Jennifer, We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us this gleaming 5 Star review! It’s been a pleasure working with you over the years. Thank you for your continued support of our small business!
I had a great experience with Dan and his team installing wall to wall carpeting in my house! They were very professional and respectful of my home. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had both plank flooring and carpet installed, and I honestly could not be happier with the results. The entire team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. Shout out to Bill-(he’s Amazing), Michael, and crew!! The quality of the work is outstanding — everything looks beautiful and was done with such care. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before finishing. It’s not often you find a company that combines great craftsmanship with great customer service, but this team absolutely does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. I love my new floors!
Thank you for this gleaming 5 Star review, Tracey! We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to work with you. It was a pleasure!
I went to half a dozen flooring stores in the Fairborn/Beavercreek area. Dan was able to point out which displays had options in my price range and he had the MOST choices in my price range. He was very helpful, even figuring out a (very) rough estimate of what my job would cost, thereby reassuring me that I could indeed afford to do this. He came out and took measurements and explained that the estimate might need revising if there were any issues that became apparent once the carpet came up. He sent Will & John to do the install and they did a great job. They noted any places that need special attention, were happy to explain what they were doing, and did not mind me standing around watching (not overseeing, just curious). They were very pleasant to have around. The estimate proved spot on and the online portal was easy to use and made paying super easy.
Cat - Thank you so much for this gleaming review! It was a pleasure helping you find the perfect floors for your space. I’m happy to hear that our installers did a great job, as well as the feedback using our online approval process. Thank you, again!
