Hiring a monthly cleaning service for my home with dashing maids continues to be best gift to myself. Yes they cost a little more than the others but you get what you pay for!! The funny part is the price they quoted was for my ENTIRE house (3BR/2BA) and they are only cleaning 1BR of the 3. yet still somehow the price went up 20%. Was good for a bit but this is not how you win long-term customers - espectially when I was tipping their cleaners very well.

A bit of context for other readers: we price recurring service around the real time a home takes to maintain, which can shift once a team has actually been working in it, not around how many bedrooms are on a quote. When that happens, we look at it directly rather than just imposing a new number, in this case that meant extra cleanings at the original rate specifically to evaluate things fairly.
That's the approach we'll keep taking, even when it makes for an uncomfortable conversation. All the best to you.

Our service team (Audra, Jaylynn, Sam, and Stevie) did an excellent job cleaning our house! They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were all very friendly and reiterated our requested areas of focus for our initial deep clean. They were communicative throughout the process, letting us know which areas were finished and which areas they planned to do next (we both work from home, but this wasn’t an issue as we were able to coordinate with them). They went above and beyond, and our home is now spotless. It hasn’t looked this good since we moved in! We’re looking forward to scheduling them to come back on a consistent basis. Thanks again!
