She got pulled away to go back and finish with her previous client and Evelyn stepped in. Both young ladies ended up being so fantastic and helped keep the little ones occupied so my daughter could relax and look at her choices. We had not planned on purchasing anything that day but she found “the one” and because of your wonderful staff including manager Frida, we walked out with her gown, veil, hair accessories and a “fur” shrug!!!! Thank you all for such great care and service. We truly appreciate everything.

I booked a same day bridal appointment here today and my experience here was amazing! Sarah was my stylist and she was so friendly and kind! I came in alone and she made me feel super comfortable! She helped me pick out a few dresses and I had a great time trying them all on. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all to buy anything the same day although I did end up finding two dresses I loved! (Spoiler, I ended up just purchasing one of my favorites!) She let me re try on the ones I really loved and gave me the info for the both of them to think on. Well not only was my experience great but I did indeed say yes to the dress from a same day appointment which I was not expecting! They also have a really great select of dresses! Way more styles and dress than I thought. They had dresses that were more affordable which was more in line with my budget but also beautiful splurges as well! Thank you Sarah for your help as well as the other manager (Christine? Apologies I think it was Christine or Christina) who just placed my order for being kind and answering all my questions. 10/10 recommend!

The experience was horrible. Before we arrived with my bridal party, one of my bridesmaids had called the store to tell them the number in the bridal party and could they have dresses pulled in the color we wanted to see. They told her yes they can and will see us at the appointment. Well appointment day came and walked in the store, we were greeted and i let her know about the experience i had at the greenfield location (which was horrible) so the store manger was aware but when we asked about were the dresses pulled, they never pulled them… that was the first strike cause that was something they said they would do but there excuse was we didn’t have a rack to put the pulled dresses on???? Then i already told her at the greenfield location they gave us somebody inexperienced and guess what we get the same at this location. We were suppose to have an additional girl but we never did. So to go to both David’s bridal and experience horrible service was upsetting. Then when we’re leaving we were being pressured to buy dresses and we weren’t certain on cause they told us the color was no longer be in stock in a couple months. Disappointing. We left not finding no dresses and finding they don’t even make sliver dresses no more like that a popular color. The experience was terrible would i recommend them.. no. I just wish we were handle better after i let them know the experience i had at the first David’s bridal shop.
